• We will return your
call or email within 4 business hours.
• We will render final credit decisions within the
time commitments referred to in our program agreement or
in our offer letter.
• We will send out documents via e-mail or overnight
service within 24 business hours of receipt of a completed
documentation request.
• We will notify you within 4 business hours of receipt
of executed document packages.
• We will fund within 24 business hours of receipt
of all required executed documentation and completion of
verbal audit.
If we do not meet these standards
and you are unsatisfied, we will compensate you $100 on
the specific transaction at funding.
